Queensgate Football Club is a FA Charter Standard Community Club with nineteen FA Qualified Coaches, based in Bramhall, Cheshire (England) which is about 8 miles south of Manchester, home of Manchester United and Manchester City, and about 4 miles south of Stockport home of Stockport County. Double Celebration for Queensgate Football ClubQueensgate Football Club reached 10 years of age in March, and this milestone was celebrated in May by all of the members and their families, coaches and volunteers, at the Club?s annual End of Season Fun Day, hosted by Stockport County?s Community Foundation team.On top of this achievement, the Club has just been awarded FA Charter Standard Community Club status, which is the pinnacle of the Charter Standard programme.A massive thank you goes out to all of the coaches and volunteers of the Club, as this would not be have been achieved without their hard work and continued commitment.It goes without saying that the Club?s fantastic members and their families also play a huge part in the continued success of the club.Queensgate FC provides fun coaching sessions for children aged 4 upwards and has teams playing in the Stockport Metro JFL from U8 to U18.The Club also has a rapidly growing Girls section, as well as providing football sessions for children with disabilities.If you would like to be a part of Queensgate Football Club, we look forward to hearing from you.The Club is currently recruiting players for season 2011-2012 atU10, U11, U14, U15, U17 and U18For further details please contact Mandy Anderson on 0161 439 5727 or by email to queensgatefc@yahoo.co.uk
